I send invoices through Wave, and you can pay by credit/debit card or ACH transfer. For short-term or small-scale projects, full payment is due 14 days after you receive the completed work and an invoice; for larger projects, we will agree on a payment plan in advance.
Availability and Scheduling
I take on projects year-round, but I have the most available time from mid-May to mid-August. If you work in a college/university or church, I probably have the same extra-busy periods as you: midterms, finals, Advent, and Holy Week.
Turnaround time depends on the type of work, the scope and scale of the project, and how busy I am with other things. If you know you have a time-sensitive task coming up, contact me in advance for the best chance of fitting into my schedule.
Any material you share with me as part of a project will be kept completely confidential, and I will only use it for the purpose we have agreed on. (In other words, you don’t have to worry about me stealing your research!) For particularly sensitive work, I am willing to sign a formal non-disclosure agreement.
I will delete all of your original material (drafts, images, audio/video, etc.) from my system 60 days after receiving payment, unless you tell me to delete them sooner or keep them longer. I will retain any files I produce (transcripts, annotated documents, Finale files, etc.) indefinitely unless otherwise requested.
I make no claim of ownership or copyright over any work produced for a client, except in the case of music composition/arranging.
You aren’t required to give me credit for any work I do, but it’s certainly appreciated (especially for larger projects). I may ask you if I can list you as a client on this site or use something as a sample of my work.
